Privacy Policy

intretinere.app is a Romanian web app (SaaS) for homeowners associations: maintenance fee calculations, apartment data, and resident/admin access. Contact: hello@intretinere.app.

Full policy in Romanian: /confidentialitate (switch the header language to RO).

1. Data we collect

• Account: email, hashed password, role, association, apartment.
• Waitlist: email and interest type (resident / association admin).
• Usage: session, settings, in-app actions; access stats (path, OS/browser, IP).
• Billing data in the app: expense types, meter indexes, calculated amounts — no card data (online payments are not active yet).

2. How we use data

• To provide the service (calculations, lists, portal access).
• For security, backups and technical operations.
• For service messages (password reset, email verification, waitlist launch notice).

We do not use your data for marketing without consent. Optional cookies: see /cookies.

3. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion (within legal limits), objection, or withdrawal of consent. Email hello@intretinere.app. Complaints: Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP) or competent courts in Romania.

4. Extra notes

• No sale of personal data.
• Hosting is intended in the EU.
• We use system fonts only (no optional Google Fonts load).
• Operator legal identity (company name, address, VAT ID) will be published on the full Romanian policy when registration is finalized.
